Great product, exactly as described. Took about 4 hours to install one pair on the rear of a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer. No special tools needed but a racheting wrench is recommended for the top nuts to make it go faster. Most of the time is spent on the top nuts because of the confined space. The spring is well compressed in the assembly. I actually had to move the wheel upwards to connect. It's really not as bad of a job as you'd think.At this price I can HIGHLY recommend this product and Amazon shipping/service was first rate.
