How useful Monroe 171341 Quick-Strut Complete Strut Assembly

A large % of these quick strut's do not come from the factory torqued to the correct specs.I got a set and then had to go thru the hassel of uninstalling and reinstalling a new set as well as shipping/receiving. The techs from monroe are not very helpful other then telling me to mail in the old set back.I would suggest just buing the strut cartridge itself, not this quick assembply.
